Storm is Ororo Munroe, an X-Men leader with the mutant ability to control the weather. She can summon lightning, generate powerful winds and manipulate atmospheric conditions across a large area. Her ability to fly also makes her naturally effective at controlling aerial space. In MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, Storm is a zoning and support character who restricts movement across large sections of the screen. Her attacks and assists can force opponents to approach through specific routes. She is especially effective on teams that prefer to control the pace of a match rather than constantly rush forward.
